How do I place an order?

Step 1. Read our store policy to make sure you comply with all our policies.

Step 2. Add to cart the items you wish to buy

Step 3. Proceed to checkout

Step 4. Enter your shipping address and billing information

Step 5. Click "Pay" via Bank Deposit (you will not be charged money)

Step 6. Screenshot your order confirmation page or send us your order number and we will provide you with our bank details for payment. 
Contacting us is crucial in order for us to proceed with your order, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

Where are you located?

We're located in Vietnam! We also have a physical store here in Ho Chi Minh. But we ship to other countries, too.

How do I make a payment?

Payment details are provided once you complete your order and contact us.

How do I know the weight of a product?

Go to Reorder/ Fast Ordering -> Reorder Here

Then search for the SKU or title of the product you want to know the weight of, click view options and you will find it the weight on the "Weight" column.

How do I know the shipping fee?

There are two ways to check your shipping fee:

1. Automatic
- Add all the items you want to buy in your cart then go to checkout, enter your address and proceed until you see an estimate shipping price.
*NOTE: If you don't press complete order you can always go back to add more items from your cart or remove them.

2. Manually
- At the top left of your cart page, there is a displayed weight. Use that weight to multiply with the rate you can find in this page.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei & Philippines.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on the region you are based on, the shipping time will vary.

For Malaysia, it takes around 3-5 business days.

For Singapore, it takes around 2-3 business days.

For Phillipines, it depends on whether you choose air or sea. A general estimate for air is 5 to 12 days. For sea, it's 1 month.

For Vietnam, we ship exclusively to Ho Chi Minh city only and your order will be delivered the same day.

For other regions, please contact us via Whatsapp.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order shipment is fulfilled.

Keep in mind that for Philippines, our courier does not provide tracking so there's no tracking number.
