Our store is located in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City. But we ship to other countries, too. Countries we ship to include: Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Brunei.

Payment details are provided once you complete your order and contact us. Don't worry! You won't be charged upon completing order, but after ordering you'll have to inform us and let us know your order number.

There are two ways to check your shipping fee:

1. Automatic
- Add all the items you want to buy in your cart then go to checkout, enter your address and proceed until you see an estimate shipping price.
*NOTE: If you don't press complete order you can always go back to add more items from your cart or remove them.

2. Manually
- At the bottom of your cart, there is a displayed weight. Use that weight to multiply with the rate you can find in this page.

We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei & Philippines.

Depending on the region you are based on, the shipping time will vary.

For Malaysia, it takes around 3-5 business days.

For Singapore, it takes around 2-3 business days.

For Phillipines, it depends on whether you choose air or sea. A general estimate for air is 5 to 12 days. For sea, it's 1 month.

For Vietnam, we ship exclusively to Ho Chi Minh city only and your order will be delivered the same day.

For other regions, please contact us via Whatsapp.

Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order shipment is fulfilled.

Keep in mind that for Philippines, our courier does not provide tracking so there's no tracking number.
